0.2.0 Blood Keeper Softlock Bugfix

I just uploaded a bugfix for a issue that was causing a softlock for players.
It was happening when Blood Keepers On Kill ability was being triggered.
Apologies for you if this wipes your save! I will look into how I can preserve saves with new uploads in the future.
